This role will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our Data Reporting needs within United Living Infrastructure Services (UIS). Alongside ensuring that we have documented Processes and Governance in place of day to day activities throughout our business unit.


This is a critical role for UIS in a period of growth.

Core systems will play a significant part of this role. Including Operational Works Management, Health and Safety, HR, Finance and Fleet/Transport. Our Work Management System, Totalmobile (Connect & Mobilise) will be one of those the successful candidate will be expect to understand and support with as required.


You will be leading on Projects to ensure the end to end Processes are thoroughly documented, we want you to document, assess, and scrutinize processes and then identify areas for potential improvement. Whilst thinking about Data being captured within systems and reported on through Power Bi Dashboards you will produce. Its an extensive and exciting role!

You will work closely with the Business Support Director who will provide strategy and guidance for the role. And two other Data & System Specialists, who will focus on System Set up/Maintenance, Training and Support to the Teams day to day. This role is all about the Governance and Reporting - the outputs we are looking for to excel in each area.

This is a dynamic role which requires an individual who is going to take initiative and problem solve.


Willingness to learn and support improvements is key. This not an entry level position; we are looking for individuals who can take reigns and resolve things before being asked. You will be expected to be comfortable in hosting, leading meetings and driving the desired outcomes.


To succeed in this role, you should be a quick learner, have excellent skills in Process Mapping, general IT, Excel, SharePoint, Project Management and knowledge of system (APIs) integrations is desirable.


You must have proven experience in Data Reporting areas such as; SQL, Data Models, Power Queries and Power Bi.


Communication skills are critical as you will be liaising with numerous internal and external stakeholders to find solutions.
