We’re looking for a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our warehouse in Kettering who can start as soon as possible.

Working closely with the Management Team, you’ll play a key role in driving performance and efficiency across the warehouse. • Lead the Team - Manage a team of 16 professionals in a fast-paced environment.
• End-to-End Supply Chain Management - Oversee the full supply chain process, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory control and support demand planning to meet business needs.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and industry regulations, mitigating risks across the supply chain.
• Warehouse & Facility Oversight - Manage warehouse operations by ensuring optimal layout and stock movement.
• Customer Order Fulfilment - Oversee sales order processing, ensuring on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Ensure all duties within your direct area of responsibility are conducted and completed in a timely manner, resolving common issues through expertise of warehouse operation procedures.

• This role requires 5 days per week attendance at the site.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (incl. 30 minutes lunch break)
