I am working with a well established client who are seeking a new Warehouse Operations Manager, working on a night shift pattern, 20:30-06:00hrs
Salary - 45,000-60,000 DOE
About you-
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Forklift driving certificate
- Be within a 45 minute radius of Stoke on Trent
The role-
- Ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures
- Liaising with Operations and Transport for delivery/customer requirements
- Responsible for Pallet Force loading and unloading of lorries
- Ensuring H&S policy is always followed
- Ensuring fork truck checks are carried out and documented
- Ensuring systems are updated in a timely manner
- Manage and control staff split shifts system
- Ensuring all pick and pack contracts are delivered on time in full
