We're working with a UKAS-accredited consultancy that's on the lookout for a Dual Trained Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join their growing East Midlands operation. This is your chance to work across a varied project portfolio, from domestic properties to major commercial sites - where no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys in line with HSG264
- Performing air monitoring and four-stage clearance in compliance with HSG248
- Preparing accurate, detailed reports using specialist software
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintaining high health & safety standards and adhering to all compliance protocols
What We're Looking For
- BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalent)
- Experience working across both commercial and domestic environments
- Strong knowledge of UKAS procedures and asbestos legislation
- Proactive and professional approach with excellent communication skills
- A full UK driving licence is essential
