OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Engineer to support with building services upgrades for our client located in Teesside. This will be based on site approx. 3 days per week and 2 days working from home.
Job specifications:
- Working with the client to develop project scope and initial project costs li>Working on FEED studies to produce accurate project construction costs
- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of building services systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Setting up CDM projects and developing project contract documentation
- Packaging up works and producing tender documentation
- Hazard identification (engaging with specialist contractors in order to mitigate site hazards and allow projects to run safely)
