We are currently recruiting for Education Project Management on behalf of a London-based company specializing in Educational consulting Company .
This company provides comprehensive study abroad consulting services for Japanese students (primarily elementary to high school) and their families who are seeking admission into top UK boarding schools. Our services range from academic pathway planning and school applications to pre-departure support and post-arrival settlement.
Our mission is to support the next generation of students in Japan in thriving globally through world-class education opportunities.
As the business is still in an early growth phase, we are now looking for Education Project Management who can take ownership of the business side of the study abroad consulting service and help drive its continued expansion.
This position involves a broad range of responsibilities, including project management, , marketing , and stakeholder communication.
We are seeing increasing interest in international education from Japan, and the business is rapidly scaling to meet this demand. If you are passionate about education and ready to contribute as an impactful team member in a fast-growing project, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and analyze business strategies
- Lead project management across operations
- Manage P&L and handle administrative accounting tasks
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives (e.g., seminars, events)
- Communicate and negotiate with partner schools and agents in the UK and Japan
- Collaborate with group companies on joint projects
Must-have Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Proven project management experience in a corporate setting
- Ability to think logically and strategically to solve business challenges
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Interest in education and international school
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
- Valid UK work visa with at least 18 months of eligibility remaining
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of the UK education system or international study trends
- Experience in sales (B2B or B2C)
- Hands-on marketing experience, particularly in B2C
- Experience launching or scaling a new business (0→1 phase)

Equal Education Partners , in collaboration with Romodels , is seeking a talented and innovative Curriculum Development Specialist to join the team on a freelance basis.
Romodels is an education charity that works with schools across Wales to provide a three-stage learning programme to support primary learners to ‘Discover, Experience, and Believe’ in a diverse range of career opportunities—regardless of their own lived experiences. The programme is delivered through our original, online, bilingual Romodels Learning Portal, which feature real-life volunteer role models (‘Romodels’) in a range of inspiring careers.
Focusing on Expressive Arts, Language, Literacy, and Communication, and/or Health and Wellbeing , this role is designed for educators who are passionate about developing creative curricula that highlight diverse and often hidden career paths and inspire the next generation of change makers and trailblazers. You will play a vital role in shaping and delivering content that empowers young learners to explore a range of career possibilities.
As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will collaborate with the Romodels team to design and implement high-quality curricula that meet the diverse needs of students. Your expertise will ensure that our educational programs are up-to-date, effective, and aligned with the Curriculum for Wales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching best practices in curriculum design and instruction within Expressive Arts, Language, Literacy, and Communication, and/or Health and Wellbeing.
- Developing comprehensive and innovative real-life curriculum materials: student missions, teacher guides, reflection guides, job descriptions and assessment tools.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate curriculum effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Utilizing technology and different teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

Requirements

- Content Development Expertise : Proven ability to design and create engaging and inclusive student content and comprehensive teacher guides that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Visualisation Skills : Proficient in using PowerPoint and other visual tools to develop dynamic and visually appealing educational materials that enhance student learning and teacher delivery.

Benefits

Supported by a £500 grant to redevelop our mathematics programmes, the department is seeking to recruit a Teaching Fellow in Statistics. The main duties of the post will be to develop and teach undergraduate modules in Statistics for mathematics undergraduates, with a focus on active learning. The postholder can expect to be involved in all aspects of the department's teaching, e.g. as a personal tutor and project supervisor, and by contributing to the efficient running of teaching within the department.
What you would be doing
This role has a substantial curriculum development component. You will work closely with the project team and with students as partners to develop a novel statistics curriculum that is collaborative, discovery-based and informed by global challenges. You will carry out appropriate scholarly activities to develop your disciplinary pedagogic knowledge, including the evaluation of the redeveloped programmes.
You will teach within both established and new programmes of study, taking responsibility for individual modules by delivering lectures and running problem classes, piloting newly developed resources as appropriate. You will also have pastoral responsibility for a small number of undergraduate tutees and supervise student projects.

- A PhD (or equivalent) in Statistics or a closely related discipline
- Professional recognition and accreditation, e.g. Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (HEA), or willingness to work towards this.
