    • Curriculum expertise : Deep understanding of the Welsh curriculum across the three Areas of Learning and Experience (Expressive Arts, Language, Literacy, and Communication, and Health and Wellbeing) and expertise in developing content for progression steps 1-3.
    • Content Development Expertise : Proven ability to design and create engaging and inclusive student content and comprehensive teacher guides that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
    • Visualisation Skills : Proficient in using PowerPoint and other visual tools to develop dynamic and visually appealing educational materials that enhance student learning and teacher delivery.
    • Digital Platform Competency : Experience with or willingness to learn how to upload, manage, and maintain educational content on online learning platforms to ensure accessibility and ease of use.
    • Collaboration and Communication : Strong interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with schools, Romodels (role models) and other stakeholders to continuously refine and improve curriculum content.
