Job Overview
The Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for leading the electrical design scope of multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept through to completion. This role plays a critical part in developing innovative, technically robust, and cost-effective electrical solutions that meet customer specifications and project objectives. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented design engineer with a strong understanding of control systems design, electrical engineering principles, and industrial standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Design Ownership: Lead the electrical design lifecycle for assigned projects — from initial concept development, system architecture, and detailed design, through to validation and delivery.
- Technical Input to Proposals: Provide engineering input during the quotation and tender stages, ensuring that all proposed solutions align with customer specifications, applicable codes, and design best practices.
