What the Role Involves

As Division Lead – Primary Education , you will take the lead across our Primary sector by actively:

• Delivering high-impact recruitment services to a portfolio of warm and prospective client schools.
• Sourcing, engaging and placing high-calibre teaching and support staff.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with educators and school leaders through exceptional service.
• Leading by example in daily sales, business development, and candidate generation activities.
• Embodying Link3’s values of professionalism, integrity, and impact in every interaction.
• Collaborating with your peers and directors to shape and grow the Primary division.
• Consistently exceeding targets and KPIs by doing what’s right—not just what’s easy.

What You’ll Need

• A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment (education sector preferred).
• A proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Drive and confidence to make high-quality business development and service calls.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Resilience, grit, and self-discipline —you lead by example.
• A collaborative mindset—you lift others up by setting the standard.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records and progress reports.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education.
