Job Description

At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web.

We’re looking for a top performing Account Executive, EMEA (Nordics) to be responsible for driving the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As one of Webflow’s first Sales hires in the UK and an inaugural member of our London office, you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our presence in the UK and the Nordics as we expand throughout the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy from the ground up.

You will develop a strong outbound sales pipeline, engage key stakeholders, and manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospect to close. Working cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, you’ll ensure a seamless, consultative experience that addresses customer needs and drives long-term value. Your role will be integral in helping to scale Webflow's impact internationally with a focus on delivering creative solutions and accelerating business growth.

About the role:
  • Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
  • Full-time
  • Permanent
  • Our cash compensation amount for this role depends on the cost of labor of the geographic area and career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; pension scheme; health benefits; and wellness stipends.

Please visit our Careers page for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.

  • Reporting to the Director, EMEA Sales

As an Account Executive, EMEA (Nordics) you’ll …

  • Engage deeply with potential customers to uncover pain points, assess needs, and help to refine our ideal customer profile primarily in the Nordics
  • Create and drive outbound opportunities through strategic account planning, compelling points of view (POVs), and effective collaboration between Sales Development and Marketing teams
  • Clearly articulate and champion Webflow’s vision, value proposition, and product differentiation tailoring messaging to resonate with EMEA audiences and market dynamics
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to drive a value-driven sales process
  • Generate momentum in the partner ecosystem in EMEA which is crucial to successful pre-sales and post-sales experiences for our customers
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with multiple stakeholders to drive momentum and reduce friction during the sales cycle
  • Share feedback from the field, help define best practices, and contribute to the foundation and culture of Webflow’s EMEA team

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you:

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a high-growth or startup setting
  • Skilled in working lead queues, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generation
  • Strong ability to lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and technical understanding
  • Experience working with a robust partner ecosystem and navigating partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and reseller deals
  • Professional working proficiency in Swedish

You’ll thrive as an Account Executive, EMEA (Nordics) if you:

  • Confidently communicate and can tailor messaging to different audiences, from individual contributors to C-level executives
  • Have deep experience working cross-functionally with teams like Product, Engineering, Support and Marketing
  • Have a strong focus on understanding customer challenges through a consultative, solutions-oriented approach

  • Move with heartfelt urgency. We have a healthy relationship with impatience, channeling it thoughtfully to show up better and faster for our customers and for each other. Time is the most limited thing we have, and we make the most of every moment
  • Say the hard thing with care. Our best work often comes from intelligent debate, critique, and even difficult conversations. We speak our minds and don’t sugarcoat things — and we do so with respect, maturity, and care
  • Make your mark. We seek out new and unique ways to create meaningful impact, and we champion the same from our colleagues. We work as a team to get the job done, and we go out of our way to celebrate and reward those going above and beyond for our customers and our teammates

Join Our Growth Team at BMI: Sales Representative and Account Manager

Fully Remote Position This is a performance-based role with exciting advancement opportunities.

Are you a people person with a knack for building relationships and the drive to generate new business? BMI — a leader in business management consulting, Zoho software implementations, and our unique PowerPlan service model — is seeking dynamic Sales & Client Success Partners to help us expand globally.

About Us: Since 2004, BMI has been helping organizations simplify complex operations, embrace powerful technology, and achieve lasting results. Our team thrives on creativity, innovation, and a commitment to perpetual refinement. From Zoho One implementations to custom-built vertical platforms (like our Parfait suite), we help businesses of all sizes unlock their full potential. Your Role: As a Sales & Client Success Partner (CSP), you’ll own the entire client journey — from first conversation to long-term success. That means:

Lead Generation & Sales:

Build your own pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships.

Confidently present BMI’s offerings: Zoho software, PowerPlan service packages (Capacitor, EcoGrid, Amped, Lightning), and custom development projects.

Identify opportunities for co-creation projects that could evolve into Parfait verticals.

Client Relationship Management (CSP):

Once you sign a client, you become their trusted partner.

Host weekly Client Success Sessions (CSS) to check KPIs, discuss goals, and identify new opportunities.

Expand client adoption of Zoho apps, recommend refinements, and promote repeat PowerPlan “battery” purchases.

Strengthen client retention through rapport, empathy, and proactive problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For:

Outgoing, energetic, and resilient personality.

Excellent communication skills in English — spoken and written. A clear, neutral accent easily understood by North American clients is essential.

Comfort presenting over video and building rapport with clients remotely.

Independence and discipline — you must thrive in a performance-driven environment where results matter.

A love of technology and willingness to learn Zoho applications (training provided).

Ability to work North American business hours.

Why You’ll Love It Here: This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling. Hard work in an office wearing a suit is the same as hard work in pajamas at home at 2 AM as far as BMI is concerned. What matters is your impact.

We’re not looking for pushy closers — we’re looking for partners who build trust, ask insightful questions, and guide clients toward success. If you love meeting people, solving problems, and making technology work for businesses, this role will give you endless opportunities to grow.  However, if you are hoping for a position in which your sales aptitude doesn't matter and in which you can simply nurture existing clients, this is NOT for you.  We expect you to generate new business as a primary responsibility.

Visit our website to learn more about BMI, our PowerPlan, and our Parfait initiatives.
