The Engineering Excellence Project Management Analyst will support the delivery of several key projects and programs, supporting the development of project plans, ensuring delivery meets stakeholder expectations, that risks are mitigated and developing and executing on communications plans.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate program delivery activities ensuring milestones, deliverables and dependencies are on time and within scope
+ Develop, maintain and update project documentation including plans and status reports
+ Monitor project performance using KPI's highlighting risks variances and recommending corrective actions
+ Identify, assess and track risks and issues that may impact program outcomes
+ Develop and monitor mitigation strategies, escalating issues as needed
+ Support stakeholder in great engagement through mapping, coordination and relationship management
+ Prepare and deliver communication materials tailored to different audiences
+ Facilitate meetings and workshops including preparation of agendas and tracking action items
+ Ensure compliance with program governance standards reporting requirements and project management best practices
+ Identify and recommend process improvements to improve program delivery
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience supporting large scale programs or projects
+ Strong background in project coordination scheduling and tracking deliverables in a fast-paced environment
+ Familiarity with risk and issue management practises including developing and maintaining mitigation plans
+ Demonstrated ability to prepare clear engaging communications
+ Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leaders, vendors and cross functional teams
+ Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms
+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create and interpret dashboards and performance reports
+ Prior experience supporting governance processes and compliance with project management frameworks or standards
+ Exposure to continuous improvement practices or program evaluation
+ Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines

Team - Project Management Team, BelfastProject Management Co-Ops participate in the achievement of the PMO's objectives by assisting the R&D Project Management team in the production and control of defibrillator product documentation in line with the Company's Quality Management System and medical device regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:-Assist in the composition and development of Research and Development technical documentation as identified by the project management team. This documentation may include requirements documentation, design, verification and validation documentation.-Assist in the composition of production and quality documentation as required. This documentation may include standard operating procedures (SOP's), work instructions, Bills of Materials.-Assist in reviewing, editing and checking documentation for accuracy, consistency and traceability from customer requirements through the company's design lifecycle to test execution. -Assist in creating and maintaining user manuals and instruction booklets for print and online publication.-Assist in the identification of documentation discrepancies.-Complete assigned tasks according to established timeline. -Provide project support, attend project meetings and report project data.-Contribute to the preparation of documentation for Design Review Meetings. -Assist with the preparation of documentation for medical device regulatory submissions.Knowledge and Capabilities-Builds productive internal working relationships.-Stays calm under pressure timelines and seeks to add additional responsibility where appropriate.-Self-motivated: enjoys tackling goals, growing and developing, and is accountable for goals being met.-Consistently drives results.-Effective communicator and presenter.-Understand the importance of networking and utilizing that network to improve individual job performance.-Actively seeks to understand how goals fit into broader organizational goals.-Exercises good judgment regarding when and how to escalate issues.-Growth mindset - learns from previous mistakes and picks up new skills quickly.Preferred Skills / Qualifications-Effective written & verbal, reporting and communication skills.-Microsoft Office applications-Working within a team environment-Studying for a third level qualification in either design engineering, electronics, biomedical engineering or a related discipline.
