This role requires you to combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. You will shape and implement Regional Business & Delivery Plans, resolve complex challenges, and ensure activity on the ground aligns with both local priorities and national ambitions.

About you.

We are seeking a proven senior leader with the credibility, expertise and resilience to deliver at scale in complex and politically sensitive environments.

You will need to bring:

  • Significant experience at executive or director level within housing, regeneration, property, or a related sector and experience working with central and local government
  • A strong track record of translating strategy into tangible delivery, with measurable outcomes.
