As the Personal Assistant (PA) to the Executive Director for People, you will provide fully comprehensive and confidential business and administration support to the People Department.
Ensuring a consistent and high-quality support is provided to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for line managing the PA Team, enabling them to have the capacity to support in key service delivery.
What you will be doing
- It will be key for you to provide advice to customers, contacts, external organisations and colleagues, ensuring that they receive appropriate guidance about policies and procedures.
- Day to day, you will carry out research, collate data and present information within your area of service specialism. This may include drafting documentation with clear, accessible findings.
- It will be your responsibility to co-ordinate responses to queries, MP enquiries, complaints and requests from initial contact with the customer all within the allocated time frame. For issues which you may not be able to resolve, you will ensure they’re promptly relayed to more senior members and the customer is informed accordingly.
- Providing a wide and varied range of administrative tasks, you will ensure written reports are compiled, support is provided, and records are accurate which will help to inform decision making.
- You will set up meetings, format agendas, send out meeting papers and where necessary attend to take the minutes.
What we need from you
- Given the elements of the role, you must be able to communicate effectively to service users, professionals and partnership agencies using a variety of media.
- You can demonstrate IT knowledge and its practical application, including experience of using Microsoft Office.
- It is essential that you have experience in using databases, including running standard reports, analysing data and presenting findings.
- You must have experience of basic financial procedures e.g. petty cash, invoicing etc.
- Ideally, you will have a NVQ level 3 management qualification or be able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge, in business administration/administration services.

- This role is hybrid, with a mixture of working at our office in Badminton Road, Yate and from home.

We would like to appoint two individuals at this point, we envisage one of the appointments covering both companies as well as chairing the Risk and Audit Committee, the other covering Stone Circle Housing Company and ideally with a background in Housing Management. We will also be looking to appoint a tenant representative to the Housing Company Board to ensure our tenants' voices are heard as we develop and grow.
These opportunities have arisen with the retirement of directors who have led the companies in their "start-up" and early delivery phases. An ambitious new business plan including increasing the current Housing portfolio of 187 units by 100 units per annum is the right time for new Non-Executive Directors to shape how the companies deliver at pace.

This role is part of a strategic initiative to build new models that will be integrated into a holistic, cross-asset quantitative risk and trading platform. The work will be led by the Front Office Interest Rates Quant group and will involve close collaboration with other asset class teams within CIB.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
+ Design, development, and implementation of quantitative models for interest rates, hybrids, exotics, and repack products, including pricing, risk management, and trading strategy support.
+ Develop and deploy optimization-based curve construction and term structure models, including multi-curve frameworks and stochastic volatility surface models such as SABR.
+ Build and calibrate stochastic funding models to support liquidity-sensitive pricing and risk analytics.
+ Collaborate with other Quants to ensure robust software design, implementation, and performance optimization.
+ Partner effectively with Business Stakeholders, Sales & Trading, Technology, and Project Management teams.
+ Deliver high-quality software and documentation aligned with Agile-based SDLC processes.
+ Provide model support to the trading desk, including troubleshooting and enhancements.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Experience in Securities Quantitative Analytics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ Experience in Securities Quantitative Analytics in Rates / Macro products or equivalent.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Strong hands-on coding experience in C++, Java, and Python, with a focus on numerical optimization and performance.
+ Deep understanding of derivative products and markets, particularly in interest rates and foreign exchange.
+ Experience with modeling and pricing of hybrid, exotic, and repack instruments.
+ Expertise in term structure modeling, stochastic funding, and volatility modeling, including SABR and related frameworks.
+ Proven experience working with Sales and Trading as a front office quant.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Finance, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
