We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple technical roles simultaneously.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and market dynamics.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
• Mentor junior members of the recruitment team.

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within a recruitment agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in hiring for a variety of tech roles (e.g., software development, data science, cybersecurity).
• Excellent understanding of technical terminology and the ability to assess technical skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working in a hybrid work model is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
