A long-established and highly respected Chartered financial planning firm is seeking a qualified and ambitious Financial Adviser to join their growing team in Leicestershire. This firm manages over £bn in client assets and specialises in bespoke pensions, investments, and strategic planning for high-net-worth individuals across the UK.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a role with a clear and supported route to Partnership. You'll be backed by robust infrastructure — full paraplanning and admin support, mentoring, and internal technical training — allowing you to focus on what you do best: building trusted, long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality financial planning advice to new and existing clients
- Apply strong technical knowledge in areas such as pensions, discretionary investments, and financial structures
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, reviewing needs and ensuring advice remains suitable
- Build relationships with professional introducers such as solicitors and accountants
- Maintain high standards of compliance and documentation in line with FCA regulations
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (e.g. DipPFS or equivalent)
- At least 5 years in a regulated advice role
- Excellent technical and product knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax wrappers
- A relationship-led approach with strong communication and analytical skills
- Chartered status or working towards it (fully supported)
- Experience with SIPP/SSAS is a bonus — in-role training will be provided
- Salary up to £60,000 (depe ent on experience)
- Annual performance bonus + car allowance

Communicate terms of settlement to Clients, ensuring premiums are debited (and allocated appropriately where necessary) and assist with maintenance of credit control standards.
Contribute to the formulation of the Service Plan, Reports, Presentations and any other client documents etc. as required including visits to Clients working alongside your Client Manager and supported by your Client Service Manager.
Actively engaging and supporting the wider client service team
Liaise with colleagues in the Client Service team to fully understand your Clients business and insurance requirements.

Reporting directly to the Client Service manager, this is a rare opportunity to join an experienced, supportive team of insurance professionals based in Leicester, covering the East Midlands and South East England as a Client Service Advisor. The team looks after larger UK risks with some multinational clients across all business sectors.
Our clients require support and access to an approachable and knowledgeable Aon team that will manage for them a commercial product portfolio beyond the core UK classes of Property, Liability and Fleet. In this exciting role, you will be dealing with a variety of other risks including Cyber, Professional Indemnity, D&O and many more, all under the direct guidance and supervision of an experienced Client Manager. Additionally, you'll be able to network across the whole of Aon as we continue to enhance our Aon United proposition.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
UK Commercial Insurance knowledge and experience gained across the core classes of Property, Liability and Fleet as a minimum
Global programme experience would be advantageous but not essential
Collaborative, team-playing approach
