This role is vital for managing and enhancing the productivity and quality of high-value horticultural crops. You will be responsible for implementing advanced cultivation techniques, managing pest and disease control, and overseeing crop nutrition and irrigation strategies to ensure optimal yield and environmental stewardship.

- Strong knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices, IPM, and organic farming principles.
- Experience with irrigation systems and nutrient management.
