About the Role
SAE UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Leader to lead our Film and Media portfolio across our five UK campuses. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of creative education by overseeing a diverse programme that includes Film Production, Screenwriting, VFX and Content Creation.
As Programme Leader, you will provide strategic and academic leadership, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and student experience. You will work closely with academic teams to drive innovation and excellence across curriculum development, programme delivery, and student engagement.
About You
You are a passionate and proven academic leader with a strong background in Film, Media, or a related discipline. You bring:
- Substantial experience in undergraduate teaching and academic leadership
- A track record of leading teams , enhancing the student experience , and managing academic programmes
- A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion , with awareness of inclusive pedagogies and current debates such as decolonising the curriculum
- The ability to motivate and support staff , foster collaboration, and align academic vision with strategic objectives
- Ideally, an active research profile or industry practice that enriches your academic work and connects to the evolving landscape of film and media

We are looking to hire a Production Coordinator to join our busy and fast-paced Production team, working to provide a range of production coordination services on all aspects of the audio-visual content produced by us in house.
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role in TV, streaming, film or Broadcast production, or equivalent
- Good knowledge of multi-camera, single camera and live relay / broadcast production processes, technology and formats, or willingness to learn
- A good working knowledge of post-production workflows, technology and formats for delivery on projects for a wide variety of platforms
- Sufficient experience in all aspects of film production administration
- Sufficient experience of working in a small production team with a large team of freelancers
- A strong team player with experience of working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams

We're looking for a Brand Specialist to join our Transactional Video team and help drive further growth of this exciting part of Prime Video. You will work on new and established Movie and TV franchises to engage customers in this exciting content and drive business growth. You will work closely with studio contacts and internally with vendor managers, content acquisition managers, marketing and operations teams to deliver exciting launches, campaigns and promotions for our customers. You will help execute and run operations for Prime Video's transactional business in Europe.
Key job responsibilities
- Define a Project Charter with your assigned studios comprised of projects that will engage customers and drive growth for both Prime Video and the studio.
- Test and refine these projects and work with other Brand Specialists/Managers to scale them efficiently across our EU and worldwide teams.
- Manage a portfolio of priority partners, including day to day operations, troubleshooting and find a way to scale this across EU.
- Develop and implement scalable operational management strategies for local partners across France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Nordic countries, collaborating closely with respective country leads to ensure effective execution and regional alignment.
- Devise activities to promote key franchises, releases and catalogue content to drive customer engagement across the studio's entire content portfolio. Conduct dive deep analyses on results and recommend scaling and optimization opportunities and find a way to scale these tests across EU.
- Work with the Content Operations team to ensure high profile content is available to customers on time and with appropriate visibility for all offer types.
- Identify, define and deliver promotions that excite and engage customers both for existing programmes like Home Premiere and Prime Day, as well as title or studio-tailored initiatives. Conduct dive deep analyses on results and recommend scaling and optimization opportunities.
- Execute business-critical processes supporting our promotional calendar and missed-margin reporting, and seek out ways to automate & simplify.
- Deliver reporting and additional insight on content, campaign and promotional performance to your assigned studios.
Basic Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in marketing, vendor management or relevant field.
- Proficiency in use of analytical tools including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in French (C2 level or equivalent)
- Experience in B2B relationship management/engagement.
- Strong analytical and marketing skills.
- Proficiency with SQL.
