Your Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance Implementation Specialist with expertise in consolidation, group reporting, Treasury and Tax. Seed Accounting is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be responsible for (design, fit-gap, hands-on config, test and deploy) leading the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with cross functions, particularly seed accounting processes, consolidation, tax and group reporting requirements.

You will play a key role in: Driving and leading full end to end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules per client’s needs, PLUS some of, but not limited to, below aspects of Finance, Seed accounting and Group reporting.

  • Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to meet specific business requirements.
  • Implement and support SAP Group Reporting solutions, including data integration, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to SAP S/4HANA FICO and Group Reporting.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA and Group Reporting trends and technologies
  • Master Data Management: Create and manage relevant master data including Company Code, GL Accounts, Ownership Rates/percentages, Trading Partners, Class (product master), and Fund Hierarchy.
  • Cash and Account management Transfers: Design the facilitation of cash transfers to/from entities into funds/accounts for approved seed investments and redemptions, record seed funds in custody accounts within UK
  • Dividends, revaluation and translation, Market functions: Design, build and test the process to record dividends received on seed investments, with different treatments for reinvested or cash-paid dividend, revaluation and translation of seed accounts as appropriate, preparation of unconsolidated investments at market values, calculation of NCI share of funds, determine consolidation conclusions based on ownership model
  • General Ledger and period end Accounting: Design and build process to record seed investments to the appropriate general ledger accounts for both Book and Tax Basis, monthly gain/loss analysis, seed hedge activity with integration to Treasury, and trial balance preparation at the Fund level.
  • Reporting: Design processes to present seed investments in financial statements, including deconsolidation, cash flow statements and ETF corporate investments and compliance and legal reporting to the respective authorities, and YTD versions of detailed seed data and seed table for management dashboards and SEC disclosures
  • Disclosure and Risk: Design detailed schedules for the US Investments Risk team to adjust hedges, preparation of detailed investment schedules with relevant underlying data, footnotes and disclosures (for 10-Q/10-K reports) and support in external audits, and preparation of schedules for third-party capital

Your Profile

Our ideal candidate will have the following personal and professional attributes:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO and Group Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes, including New GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.
  • Proven experience in implementing SAP Group Reporting solutions, including data integration, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA configuration tools and techniques.
  • Evidence of managing teams, including multiple workstreams in complex delivery environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience of proposition building and delivery.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • SAP Group Reporting or CFA certification is preferred
  • Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
  • Must have Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP)
  • Certifications on S/4HANA are preferred


Ideally you are working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having SAP Consulting Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.

Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be contributing to £500k of consulting revenues

ERP Finance Consultant


Looking to take the next step in your ERP career and put your finance expertise to work? We’re working with a growing Microsoft partner that delivers Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM solutions across the UK and internationally, and they’re looking for an ERP Finance Consultant to join their team.


If you’ve got strong finance systems experience (think AP, AR, GL, VAT, reporting) and enjoy working with clients to shape and optimise their ERP processes, this could be a great fit.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading finance-focused ERP projects from discovery through to go-live.
  • Working with clients to map out their finance processes and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solutions.
  • Configuring and testing the system, supporting data migration, and writing up functional docs.
  • Running workshops, delivering training, and supporting key users.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients improve and transform their finance operations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to make sure projects land on time and deliver real value.


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong finance background, ideally 5+ years in ERP implementations or hands-on finance roles.
  • Solid knowledge of finance processes: GL, AP, AR, VAT, reporting, inventory valuation.
  • Experience with ERP systems like Dynamics 365 BC, NAV, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Confident running workshops, gathering requirements, and working directly with clients.
  • Strong communicator who can work well with finance users and senior stakeholders.
  • Project management skills or ERP certifications are a bonus.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Finance Consultant to join a leading (Global) Microsoft Partner. This role requires a self-sufficient professional who can take full ownership of projects from day one, delivering high-quality solutions with confidence and autonomy.


The Role:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end D365FO Finance implementations across a range of clients.
  • Work autonomously on client engagements, with minimal supervision required.
  • Focus across all Finance and Accounting modules
  • Support clients in professional services and manufacturing sectors, so experience here is desirable.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong D365FO Finance consulting experience – ideally within a Microsoft Partner environment (end user experience potentially considered).
  • Proven ability to manage your own workstreams or full projects independently.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to client sites across the UK as required.
