Qualifications:
- REPs Level 3 or equivalent certification in Personal Training.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal training and fitness coaching.
- Specialist certifications in areas such as Strength and Conditioning, Sports Nutrition, or specific training modalities (e.g., Kettlebells, TRX) are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and nutrition.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
