You will collaborate with direct reports, including the Food & Beverage Outlets General Manager, Executive Chef, and Banqueting Manager, to develop and implement departmental strategies that deliver exemplary customer and guest service. The objective is to enhance satisfaction and foster loyalty by proactively supporting guests and ensuring their needs are met both prior to and throughout their event.
You will ensure the entire food and beverage and culinary operation meet the brand and St Pancrasu2019 standards, targets customer needs, ensures associate satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximises the financial performance of the discipline.

**Youu2019ll be expected to deliver on the following:**
Review reports and financial statements to determine F&B operations performance against budget. Identify action plans to sustain, repair and grow or results.
Coach and support the F&B operations team to effectively manage volume and spend, wages and controllable expenses.
You will have full accountability for sales, profit, guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, operations, and stock management and will be required to monitor performance against budget.
Ensure compliance with management contract and reporting requirements as well as with standard and local operating procedures.
Ensure team members are cross trained to support successful daily operations.
Serves the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to the property and the brand.
Ensure property policies are administered fairly and consistently.
