The working hours for this role:

3 on 3 off , Days and Nights rotating, 12hr shifts (Please note you must be able to work both shifts)

In your new role as Production Line Leader:

  • Managing your production team
  • Assessing any training needs
  • Mentoring
  • Organise and complete product changeovers
  • Work closely with senior management
  • Complete all quality control documentation accurately and clearly

  • Trouble shooting

  • All other associated tasks
