At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Production Line Leader to work with an important company in the Wrexham. We are recruiting for our client in the Wrexham area.

Our client prepares chilled foods for UK retailers, chains and food services across the UK .

Shift Patterns:

  • 4 on 4 off / 6 am -6pm

Pay Rates

  • 13.24 per hour

As a Production Line Leader, you will need to have:

    • To be punctual and accurate
    • As a representative of the Company to perform duties in a professional, timely manner and complying with relevant timetables.

Main Purpose and Context of the Job

  • To control all aspects of the line production to deliver 100% service in quality and meals. Responsible for the Health and Safety of staff members on their line.

Main Responsibilities

The efficient running of the meal assembly production line

Ensuring that all targets are met, and specifications and procedures are followed.

Ensuring minimum line downtime is achieved through adopting a proactive approach.

Key activities:

Health and Safety procedures and checks are carried out to maintain a safe workplace for everyone.

Ensure all product leaving the production lines meets the agreed customer specification (CCP)

To control and organize labor on the line, ensuring all procedures are followed

To manage the production lines at all times to achieve plan, in full and on time

Ensure correct materials are brought to line at correct time and used in the correct quantity

Assist with stock rotation and control and product labelling systems

Keep lines clean and tidy to comply with best G.M.P. practice

Key Result Areas:

To monitor material usage ensuring no under or overweight finished product

Ensure that the agreed labor and strike rate targets are being achieved

Promote a working environment charged with enthusiasm
