Tenterden Leisure Centre is one of the newest to our portfolio of over 100 Leisure and Entertainment centres across 25 local authority contracts.

Tenterden Leisure Centre provides an exciting range of activities for residents and visitors alike. Including a leisure pool, a fitness suite, exercise studios and sports hall providing a wide range of activities. The centre also boasts a lovely café providing a focal point for the community.

We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. You will provide an efficient catering service, preparing food and drinks as required and will be part of our Café team.You will be delivering excellent customer service at all times. Ideally coming from a similar role, you will be a genuine team player, able to work off your own initiative and be enthusiastic and motivated. If you are looking for a varied and interesting role, then we want to hear from you.

If you want to progress further, we will support this through additional training, both formal and on the job will be key. However, we also appreciate that not everyone wants to ‘move up the ladder’ and that’s absolutely fine with us. What is really important is that you are happy in your work.

Requirements

• To provide an efficient catering service, prepare food as required, provide excellent customer service at all times and maintain a hygienic catering area.
• To operate catering equipment effectively and safely, ensuring high standards of hygiene throughout all catering outlets and the centre.
• To provide an excellent level of customer service at all times. To deal with any customer contact/complaints/comments professionally and courteously
• Experience of working in a catering or cafe role
• A genuine team player and have a high level of responsibility, flexibility, enthusiasm and motivation.

Field Service Engineer (Pools/water industry)

30,000 - 38,000 + Overtime + Travel cover + Vehicle

Do you have a background as a swimming pool, water or fluid pump engineer or similar looking for a new position with a stable and well-established company that are expanding to support their growing portfolio of clients, whilst offering you the chance to boost your earnings with access to regular overtime?

On offer is the chance to join a tight-knit team offering Recreational Water Engineering solutions to a range of commercial clients UK wide, breaking into a specialising industry and successfully expanding, looking to grow their work staff based to match the growing needs of the business.

This field based role is Monday-Friday, with around 90% of the worked scheduled and the other 10% as reactive maintenance. You will be servicing and maintaining electrically biased equipment such as but not limited to pumps, valves, blowers and fountains.

This role would suit someone with an Electrical or Mechanical background with experience working with Pumps, within the Water industry or with swimming pools looking to work for a tight-knit expanding company offering the chance to boost your income with regular overtime.
