Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
- Managing our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
- Overseeing the catering operations, including completing weekly business returns, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
- Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets

- Co-ordinating sample requests, overseeing product processes, product labelling, internal & external project documentation, factory trials, Investigating new global & local food trends and competitor activity, CI projects
THE PERSON:
- BSc Food Science/Technology (or similar) with previous experience in a similar role
- Computer literate, particularly EXCEL.
- A self-starter who shows initiative and excels in multitasking with attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and natural can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong interest in food outside of work and awareness of market trends.
