Job Title: Forklift Driver (Bendi Licence Required)
Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: 06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday
Location: Coleshill

About the Role:

A growing manufacturing and distribution facility in Coleshill is seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver with a valid Bendi (Pivot Steer) forklift licence . This is a key role within the warehouse and logistics team, responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials within the site.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience operating a Bendi forklift in a fast-paced environment and a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Bendi forklift truck to move, load, and unload materials safely
li>Pick and place stock accurately in racking and designated storage locations
• Support goods-in and goods-out operations, including loading and unloading deliveries
• Maintain accurate stock handling and inventory control
• Perform daily forklift checks and report any faults or issues
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required, including manual handling
• Adhere to all site health & safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Keep the warehouse area clean, organised, and hazard-free

Skills and Experience Required:

• Valid and in-date Bendi (Pivot Steer) forklift licence is essential
• Recent experience operating a Bendi forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of warehouse safety and manual handling practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic IT or scanner skills for stock systems (desirable)

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, youmust have:

• COUNTERBALANCE FLT LICENCE, all dated within the last 3 years
• Previousexperience within the last 2 years on a CB FLT truck
• Confidence on a counterbalance FLT truck
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team

Roles of a Counterbalance FLT Driver include:

• Putting stock away
• Stock relocation
• Loading and unloading - Palletised goods
