An experienced IFS Consultant with expertise in Finance is sought for an initial 8-month contract with a global consultancy supporting their UK arm . This role is Outside IR35 and follows a hybrid working model requiring you to be on-site for Workshops and crucial team meetings (averaging 1-2 days a week on-site)

As the IFS Consultant - Finance Specialist , you will bridge the gap between finance business requirements and the IFS application . You will advise and guide stakeholders, ensuring the IFS Finance module is configured and optimised to meet operational needs.

To be considered for the role, you must have:

• Strong knowledge and experience in IFS Finance modules , including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
• 5-10 years' experience in the implementation of software systems , ideally within finance environments.
• Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training for IFS Finance.
• Ability to analyse and design financial business processes within IFS.
• Strong workshop facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products .
• Ability to work both independently and within a team , meeting key project milestones.
• Active SC Clearance or eligibility for SC Clearance is required.

SC Cleared - Functional IFS Consultant - IFS Supply Chain & Manufacturing | Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced Functional IFS Consultant with specialisation in IFS Supply Chain & Manufacturing to support a large-scale IFS Apps 10 implementation for a high-profile UK client.

This is an initial 8-month contract (Outside IR35) with strong potential for extension, as the programme is scoped for 18 months.

This hybrid role is primarily remote, with on-site requirements at the client's Cambridge-based location.

As a Functional Consultant, you will be a key player in driving the successful deployment of IFS Apps 10, focusing heavily on Supply Chain & Manufacturing modules. You'll engage directly with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define functional specifications, lead workshops, and help configure and optimise the solution to meet operational goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to be Embedded in a project from early stages and influence strategic decisions.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant on IFS Supply Chain & Manufacturing modules (including Procurement, Inventory, Shop Orders, Work Centres, Routing, and MRP).
  Strong understanding of IFS Apps 10 functionality and configuration.
  
• Ability to lead workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into IFS solutions.
• Experience in full life cycle IFS implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with technical teams to support development and integration efforts.
• Exposure to other IFS modules (such as Projects or Finance) would be a plus.
• Current SC Clearance is highly desirable; however, the client is also willing to sponsor eligible candidates through the clearance process.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of previous experience with Microsoft AX and D365 software implementations, in the capacity of a Functional Consultant.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
• Hands-on experience with large scale, D365 F&O implementations is required for this role
• Demonstrable functional expertise in Pricing, Trade & Logistics and/or Finance modules
• In-depth expertise on Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes
• Understanding of financial operations and processes, including Chart of Accounts, Accruals, and Journal entries
• Demonstrable business analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems or similar

Workday Functional Consultant

London (4 days per week onsite / 1 day WFH)

A well-established, rapidly expanding organisation (8-10 acquisitions likely to complete this year alone), undergoing a major HR systems transformation is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant / Systems Admin for an initial 6 month contract. Due to the ambitious expansion plans the contract is highly likely to extend.

It is a critical position within the company's digital transformation and M&A strategy, focusing on the ongoing optimisation and development of Workday.

This contract offers the opportunity to play a key role in configuring modules, workflows, business processes, reports, integrations as well as onboarding multiple newly acquired businesses onto the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day administration, optimisation and continuous improvement of Workday
• Configure Workday templates, modules, business processes, reports and workflow
• Support M&A activities through the onboarding of new groups of employees into Workday
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate the into functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with HR and IT stakeholders to define requirements and deliver appropriate solutions
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and integrations (e.g. Payroll, ERP)

Clearance: BPSS Eligible
Rate: 500 per day - PAYE via Umbrella only
