This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with essential in-office collaboration, based in the vibrant commercial hub of Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, UK .

- Develop detailed financial models, valuations, and projections (DCF, NPV, IRR) to assess investment opportunities and risks.
- Prepare investment committee memos, presentations, and reports, summarizing findings and providing clear recommendations.
- Analyze property performance data, lease agreements, operating expenses, and market comparables.
- Assist in due diligence processes, including property inspections, site visits, and review of legal and financial documents.
- Monitor existing portfolio performance and provide insights on asset management strategies.
- Identify market trends, economic indicators, and demographic shifts that may impact real estate values and investment strategies.
