- Minimum of 10 years of experience in golf course design and architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, and GIS tools.
- In-depth knowledge of golf course construction, agronomy, drainage, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent understanding of golf strategy, course routing, and strategic playability.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working remotely and managing distributed teams is highly desirable.
- Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., ASGCA) is a significant advantage.
