THE ROLE

Overview

This is a two-year fixed term contract during which time you will have the opportunity to rotate between Portfolio Management, Development & Investment. Training & Development.

During the graduate scheme we will sponsor you to qualify as MRICS. You will be provided with a mentor throughout your career at Indurent to counsel and guide your professional development. In your first year you will be provided with training sessions with real estate experts who will ensure that you are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to hit the ground running.

We are looking for passionate independent, personable, collaborative team players who are self-motivated and entrepreneurial. You must have excellent numerical and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Strong work ethic and commitment to the job at hand are essential, as is the ability to perform under pressure.

Entry Requirements

You must have a grade C or above in all A-Levels and GCSEs. In addition, you will need a minimum of a 2:1 in a property related undergraduate degree, or a 2:1 in any undergraduate degree with a merit in a real estate related postgraduate degree.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent management, or program management.

• Proficiency in HRIS and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

• Receive intensive training in SQL, Python for data analysis, Tableau, and other industry-standard tools.
• Work on real-world data challenges, from data cleaning and transformation to building predictive models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects spanning various business areas.
• Develop a strong understanding of data governance, ethics, and best practices.
• Participate in regular virtual workshops, Q&A sessions with senior leaders, and networking events.
• Gain hands-on experience in data storytelling and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Receive personalized feedback and career development guidance throughout the program.
• Contribute to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports that inform strategic planning.
• Engage in data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Recent graduate with a degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• A genuine passion for data and a desire to learn and grow within the data analytics field.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment.
• Demonstrate an understanding of statistical principles and their application.
• Eagerness to contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
