You will be working closely with the Group Financial Controller, this is a high-visibility role responsible for consolidated group reporting, supporting data-led decision making, and improving post-ERP implementation processes. You'll be involved in management accounts production, systems-driven analysis, and group-wide standardisation projects, all within a collaborative, commercially minded finance team.
This role comes with an annual salary of up to 55,000.00 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple group entities
- Work closely with brand MDs, providing actionable analysis of margins and costs
- Consolidate flash results, forecasts, actuals and budgets using advanced Excel and reporting tools
- Create and document standardised processes to support consistency and internal control across the group
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and operations to improve financial visibility and reporting accuracy
- Play a key role in developing systems-driven reporting tools (Excel Macros, Vena, Power BI)
Candidate Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:
- Completed or working towards completion of a recognised accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong Excel skills - confident with macros, modelling, and large data sets
- Experience with consolidation software and cloud-based ERP systems (Vena, MS Dynamics 365, Power BI ideal)
- Commercial acumen and the ability to present financial information in a clear, strategic way
- Proactive mindset, great communication skills, and the resilience to drive change
