Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in e-commerce, with at least 4 years in a strategic leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and improving key e-commerce metrics.
  • Extensive experience with various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, BigCommerce) and associated tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and loyalty programs.
  • Knowledge of current e-commerce trends, including AI, personalization, and social commerce.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage distributed teams effectively.
