Since launch in 2012, we’ve developed a cutting-edge technology platform, positioning ourselves as a leading fintech in Europe. Our efforts have been recognized through numerous industry awards, and we’ve successfully made billions in funding available to over 100,000 businesses.

We work hard to make iwoca a place where everyone feels welcome, where you can confidently be yourself. We understand that diversity isn't an optional add-on, it's the core ingredient of what makes us great.

  • Leverage AI workflows and market data to personalize outreach and identify high-value opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to suggest product improvements that support scalable and successful partnerships.

  • Translate outreach efforts into long-term value: from links and traffic to trust and community engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, content, SEO, and commercial teams to create end-to-end partnership strategies.
  • Continuously look for ways to automate, improve, and expand the function—potentially laying the groundwork to grow a dedicated team in the future.

  • Comfort using data to prioritize, personalize, and persuade.
  • A product-aware approach—understanding how internal development or platform changes can unlock new opportunities externally.
