As part of HSBC Innovation Banking UK's Sales Growth Enablement (SGE") team, you'll help to drive sustainable revenue growth by integrating business intelligence and market insights with business planning and execution.
Using your deep expertise in the innovation ecosystem to analyse market trends, client needs and revenue drivers, you will apply your knowledge of sales growth strategies to create effective revenue initiatives and actively identify s new revenue opportunities.
The Role
As a Senior Associate in Sales Growth Enablement, you will contribute to shaping strategic direction, demonstrating a proven ability to add value to the business. This involves cross-team collaboration, leveraging Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Analytical teams, alongside conducting independent research to uncover insights that optimise sales strategy. The Senior Associate will assist senior team members in transforming the strategy into a practical plan.
What you can expect to be doing:
- Engaging regularly with stakeholders including front line Sales functions, Relationship Managers and Product teams within HSBC Innovation Banking UK
- Analysing business trends and market intelligence to help shape sales strategy and define best practices
