• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering sustainable cost improvements.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment and collaborating cross-functionally with operations, quality, and engineering.
• Knowledge of sustainable sourcing, ESG frameworks, and ethical procurement best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience implementing or optimising procurement systems/tools (e.g., ERP, SRM, e-sourcing platforms).
• Degree-qualified or equivalent; CIPS qualification desirable.

• A strong commitment to sustainability and ethical procurement, with experience delivering against organisational goals.

The Head of Procurement will oversee all procurement and supplier management activities across the business. You'll work for a leading Tier 1 supplier into the consumer sector who supply products to some of the leading brands in the UK and globally. You will lead the Purchasing, Stock Control and Quality Assurance departments to ensure full compliance in line with the overall Company objectives.
