L uxborough Court School is a brand-new, purpose-built school registered for 150 pupils aged 5-19 with autism. There is a large sports hall with changing facilities (the site was formally a Premier League football club’s training ground), a bespoke 6th form suite plus a number of other smaller individual spaces used for therapeutic intervention and bespoke support. The School benefits from extensive outdoor space plus a large central courtyard garden in the centre of the school and separate secondary and junior playgrounds, with a multi-use games area.

Our clinicians are a crucial part of the most joined-up model in SEND. As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team you will be supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments and, based on clinical assessment and formulation, offer individualised interventions and engagement to our young people.

Our Senior Occupational Therapists work collaboratively within our schools and children’s homes, this ensures that therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education, care and support we offer all of our children and young people. You will provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children.

About the role:

To photograph, edit and make publicly accessible images of the Greece and Rome collection in support of the Museum’s Masterplan, the Museum Operating Plan and all relevant Museum strategies. To improve accessibility of the collection via the Museum’s digital online platforms. To produce digital photographic images and help document objects, to process images by matching them to MI+ collections management database records, and to upload them to the Museum’s image asset management system.

Key areas of responsibility:

• To produce standard digital images of the Greece and Rome collection
li>To process images including, where appropriate, standardising backgrounds, pairing obverse and reverse files using established automated batch processes
• To ensure images are labelled with their MI+ PRN identifier to enable bulk upload to the asset database
• To liaise with IS staff over the bulk upload of images
• To identify any issues with the MI+ records of the imaged objects and to work with curators and other staff to correct problems
• To support upgrading the documentation of Greek and Roman objects in the collection in liaison with curators  

About you:

About the role

The Design Excellence Print Manager is responsible for ensuring print quality, colour consistency, and supplier enablement across Reckitt’s Powerbrand portfolio within a specific category. Reporting into the Head of Design Excellence – Print & Activation, this role works at the intersection of design, production, and supply chain, ensuring that brand intent is flawlessly translated into physical packaging across global markets. 

This role is benchmarked against Print Production Manager roles in global FMCG businesses and Production/Print Leads within design and pre-press agencies. It requires deep technical knowledge of colour management, substrates, print technologies, and supplier engagement, coupled with a passion for governance and continuous improvement in deployment execution. 

Your responsibilities

• Print Quality Assurance 
  • Define and uphold Reckitt’s print quality standards, including colour targets, tolerances, and reproduction expectations across print methods. 
  • Partner with packaging suppliers and printers to ensure fidelity to colour and brand guidelines in all print runs. 
  • Conduct or support press pass approvals and global print trials, both remotely and on-site when required. 
  • Monitor print performance across brands and markets, identifying risks and leading corrective action plans. 

• Supplier Enablement & Governance 
  • Act as a technical partner to Reckitt’s print suppliers and converters, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and data required to meet expectations.

If you’re looking to work for a market leader, then read on as we are looking for a Clinic Manager to work in our Maidenhead clinic, where you’ll have responsibility for managing the performance of the team, across all of our healthcare brands, Optical Express, ACES, sk:n and The Harley Medical Group.

Key Responsibilities

You will be customer facing and you will help drive performance for the practice. You’ll also be responsible for the daily operational efficiency of the practice; a key part of your role will be developing the team and also promoting the benefits of laser surgery and aesthetic procedures to patients.

You will have strong management experience within an aesthetics clinics, Optical setting or high-end retail. You’ll be adept at delivering great results through your passion for people and by working closely with members of your team to develop them through performance management.

It goes without saying that you’ll possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be articulate, motivated to achieve and have a willingness to learn and progress within Optical Express.

Day to day

• Effectively and efficiently manage resources to meet customer demands
• Ensure the practice is presentable and maintained to the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness which showcase the professional image of Optical Express
• Help recruit, induct, coach and support your team to ensure all team members meet acceptable levels of knowledge and competence
• Ensure the team influences and advises potential patients on the most suitable and appropriate solution for their needs

ABOUT YOU
To join us as a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead, you'll need be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. Experience in helping residents with different health needs is important too, as is a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. We'll also look for some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, an understanding of budget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship. Finally, you'll be compassionate, resilient and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.
