The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced SaaS Sales Manager to lead and scale our Roda BI platform sales across the UK healthcare market. This is a career-defining opportunity to shape the sales strategy for a high-growth healthcare technology solution with proven market demand.
You'll own the full sales cycle, from strategy to close, targeting NHS trusts, care groups, and multi-site healthcare providers who need unified operational oversight and inspection readiness.

What You'll Do
- Drive Revenue Growth - Own P&L responsibility for Roda BI sales function
- Build Strategic Partnerships - Develop relationships with decision-makers at social care groups, and multi-site providers
- Lead Sales Cycles - Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals using proven SaaS methodologies
- Scale the Business - Opportunity to build and lead the SaaS sales team as we grow
- Cross-Sell Solutions - Leverage our consultancy services to create comprehensive solution packages
- Shape Market Strategy - Define go-to-market approach for healthcare BI and governance solutions
Requirements
Essential Experience
- 10+ years B2B SaaS sales with healthcare technology, business intelligence, or data analytics platforms
- Social care sector expertise - Proven track record selling to Care Homes
- SaaS commercial acumen - Deep understanding of subscription models, ARR metrics, and customer success
- Enterprise sales capability - Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals in regulated industries
- Established network - Existing relationships with healthcare decision-makers and buying committees
Technical Knowledge
- Healthcare compliance and governance (CQC, care standards) (Preferred)
- Business intelligence and data analytics platforms
- Healthcare technology landscape and integration challenges
- Modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
- CRM systems (HubSpot)
Success Indicators
- Track record of achieving targets
- Experience with multiple sales cycles
- History of 120%+ quota attainment
- Demonstrate ability to sell platform solutions vs point products
