We are now seeking a Non-Executive Director (NED) to join our Board and take on the portfolio lead for clinical and therapeutic services.

This is a key governance role, supporting the strategic development of Care Dorset, providing robust professional challenge and assurance, and shaping our approach to the clinical excellence, quality, safety and providing an outstanding service to the people and families we support.
The appointed NED will act as our Board lead for clinical matters as we introduce nursing care and therapy lead services in the near future.
