About the role

The Design Excellence Print Manager is responsible for ensuring print quality, colour consistency, and supplier enablement across Reckitt's Powerbrand portfolio within a specific category. Reporting into the Head of Design Excellence - Print & Activation, this role works at the intersection of design, production, and supply chain, ensuring that brand intent is flawlessly translated into physical packaging across global markets.

This role is benchmarked against Print Production Manager roles in global FMCG businesses and Production/Print Leads within design and pre-press agencies. It requires deep technical knowledge of colour management, substrates, print technologies, and supplier engagement, coupled with a passion for governance and continuous improvement in deployment execution.

Your responsibilities

  • Print Quality Assurance
    • Define and uphold Reckitt's print quality standards, including colour targets, tolerances, and reproduction expectations across print methods.

What you'll be doing

Reporting into the HSE Manager, as Health and Safety Advisor (Heathrow), you will provide professional guidance and hands on support to all functions within a location on operational Health, Safety and Environment activities ensuring improvement of health and safety systems and culture, developing local procedures and maintaining standards that align to business policy and standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide menus, take orders from patients and support with all dietary and allergen queries.

Make a Difference Through Food and Care

Are you a passionate and driven Dietitian looking to combine your clinical knowledge with a hands-on food service role? We’re looking for a Food Service Dietitian to join our dynamic Healthcare Dietetic Team, providing expert support across two key Medirest contracts – King’s College Hospital and South West London part of St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape patient mealtime experiences by improving the nutritional quality, safety, and appeal of meals across acute and mental health healthcare settings.


About the Role

As a Food Service Dietitian , you will:

  • Lead on menu design, recipe development, and therapeutic diet compliance

  • Collaborate with catering and clinical teams to ensure food meets nutritional, cultural, and clinical requirements

  • Conduct audits, drive continuous improvement, and deliver engaging training to catering teams

  • Ensure compliance with national healthcare food and drink standards and support the implementation of nutrition and food safety guidance (e.g. IDDSI, allergen legislation, Nutrition & Hydration Digest)

You will be based 3 days per week at King’s College Hospital and 2 days across Springfield and Tolworth Hospital .


Key Responsibilities

Support the development and roll-out of menus in collaboration with Trust Dietitians and Catering Teams
Provide nutritional guidance and training to ensure safe and effective delivery of special and therapeutic diets
Participate in menu tastings, audits, and feedback sessions to support continuous improvement
Serve as the key dietetic liaison between Medirest and the NHS Trusts, contributing to service development and team learning
Help create a positive, inclusive, and clinically sound dining experience for all patients

Please Note: This is not a patient-facing clinical role. All individual dietetic advice will remain the responsibility of the Trust Dietitians.


What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • HCPC Registered Dietitian

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a food service or clinical dietitian in a healthcare setting (mental health experience desirable)

  • Menu development, nutritional analysis, and therapeutic diet planning

  • Delivering training to multidisciplinary teams

  • Participation in audits and service improvement initiatives

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); recipe analysis software (desirable)
