Purpose of the Role
As a Selling Sales Manager, you will mix leading a team of sales people with completing your own sales too. You will oversee sales processes across the Cornwall region, starting with lead generation and ending with a first class after sales process. You will excel in developing relationships, negotiating and closing deals to the mutual satisfaction of the guest and the business. This role demands a leader who has substantial industry knowledge and can maintain a high performing sales team by coaching, advising and motivating at all times. Being highly focused, steadfast and optimistic in an environment that can sometimes be high pressure is essential. The role is based across all parks within the region and will involve supporting and visiting the parks on a frequent basis.
The Person
- Previous experience of managing a sales team in a holiday park environment
- Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- The ability to build, coach and develop a sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets
- The initiative to create a plan to deliver targets/effect change at local level, working in partnership with marketing for broader marketing activities
- Experience of managing leads to fruition
- Strong focus on service standards
- Willingness to sell as well as lead the team
- A collaborative approach, working together with park teams for the benefit of guests and owners
- Experience of selling high value units
- Driving Licence essential

Role Purpose
As Holiday Home Manager, your primary focus will be maximising occupancy and revenue through strategic sales initiatives, partner engagement, and data-led decision- making. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations and guest journey, ensuring every stay reflects our commitment to quality, wellbeing, and conscious hospitality.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales and occupancy through proactive booking management and yield optimisation.
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to implement pricing strategies, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Build strong partnerships with third-party agents and develop new sales channels to increase market reach.
- Track and analyse booking trends, occupancy data, and guest demographics to identify revenue opportunities.

Lettings & Partnership Management:
- Oversee a hybrid lettings model, balancing direct bookings with third-party listings.

Guest Experience Leadership
