About the Role:The v0 team is a fast-moving group within Vercel focused on building the future of UI development with AI. We’re working on v0.dev, a cutting-edge generative design tool that turns natural language into functional, beautiful React components using Tailwind CSS, leveraging large language models and novel research in human-AI collaboration.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. What You Will Do:As a Research Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of machine learning, product development, and frontend engineering. You’ll work closely with product designers, ML scientists, and full-stack engineers to prototype and deploy innovative systems that redefine how developers and designers build interfaces.
Your responsibilities include:- Designing and developing prototypes that explore new interaction paradigms powered by LLMs.
- Researching and implementing state-of-the-art models and prompting strategies for UI generation and code synthesis.
- Collaborating on building and fine-tuning internal tools, datasets, and evaluation pipelines.
- Running A/B tests and user experiments to validate hypotheses and improve generation quality.
- Bridging the gap between research and production—bringing cutting-edge techniques into a stable and scalable environment.
We’re seeking a creative and practical thinker who thrives in ambiguity, loves building with AI, and has an eye for design and developer ergonomics.
You may be a good fit if you have:- 3+ years of experience in research engineering, applied ML, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience working with or fine-tuning LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
- A solid understanding of modern frontend technologies (React, Tailwind, etc.).

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $192,000-$288,000. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your location during the hiring process.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a interesting and challenging projects involving a range of industry leading technology stacks. The role takes place primarily during UK core business hours with participation in an on-call escalation engineering Rota required.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and deploying a range of modern infrastructure solutions across data and cloud preferably within regulated environments (finance, energy, public sector)
- Experience working within a project team, with personal responsibility for specific technical deliverables
- Experience providing high quality design documentation (high level design / low level design / as built design / operational manuals)
- (candidates should be able to evidence their experience across a mix of at least 50% of the following technical skills to be considered)
Technical skills:
- Windows and/or Linux server environment build and administration
- Enterprise virtualization technologies such as Nutanix, VMware, and/or Hyper-V
- Design and/or implementing of public cloud infrastructure services on Azure and/or AWS
- Active Directory & Entra ID identity services deployment and administration
- Microsoft 365 Intune for endpoint management deployment and administration
- Microsoft 365 productivity services deployment (Exchange Online / SharePoint Online / Teams etc.)
- Knowledge of relevant governance standards and frameworks (Azure Well Architected Framework, NCSC Cyber Essentials, CIS Security Benchmarks etc)
- Virtual Desktop solutions (Cloud or on-premise) Other skills
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders as required
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to deliver large or complex multidisciplinary projects Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation as part of project delivery
- All candidates should be confident in their ability to pass general security vetting procedures such as disclosure checking and a criminal history search Professional Certification
- Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator / Architect, AWS Solutions Administrator/Architect, Microsoft Certified Professional, Nutanix Certified Administrator or similar industry recognized accreditations related to the role would be a definite plus

A Solutions Engineer in our organization brings their expertise and sales consulting experience to collaborate with sales and account management teams in order to meet our collective goals and objectives. Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Serve as a critical subject matter and solutions expert during the pre-sales process, helping to further SEON’s mission to end fraud globally, particularly for SEON’s Identity & Document Verification solutions.
- Provide support for technical integration discussions by aligning solutions to challenges faced by prospective and existing customers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as sales, account management, customer success, product, and engineering to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of our solutions.
- Stay on the cutting edge of the digital fraud landscape, applying knowledge and tactics for uncovering and fighting fraud to discussions around SEON’s platform capabilities.

- At least 3 years of experience in a solution engineering, solutions consulting, or similar sales engineering position for an IDV solution provider, preferably in a start-up environment.

- Ability to collaborate with team members in the revenue organization and across the entire company.
- Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy on the goals and objectives provided.

Infosum is looking for an Application Security Engineer with strong application security testing skills and a solid understanding of cloud environments. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in testing and securing our SaaS platform, working closely with our developers to uncover vulnerabilities and ensure secure-by-design practices are embedded into our products.
This role is based in Basingstoke with two days a week onsite .
What you’ll do- Perform application security testing across web apps, APIs, and supporting cloud infrastructure.
- Carry out penetration testing and provide clear, actionable vulnerability reports.
