You will assist senior architects and technologists in producing drawings, models, and specifications using industry-standard software. Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to learn. You will be involved in client meetings, site visits (where necessary), and contributing to design discussions. A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are crucial.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development of architectural designs from concept to completion.
- Producing high-quality architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models.
- Preparing design documentation, including specifications and schedules.
- Coordinating with external consultants and contractors.
- Conducting site visits and assisting with site investigations.
- Researching building materials and sustainable design strategies.
- Participating in design reviews and team meetings.
- Ensuring adherence to relevant building regulations and standards.
