Intro

We’re looking for a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our warehouse in Kettering who can start as soon as possible.

Working closely with the Management Team, you’ll play a key role in driving performance and efficiency across the warehouse. Warehouse operations are at the core of our business, and this role offers a great opportunity for an experienced logistics professional to take ownership in our organisation.

We are currently implementing new software systems—including a new ERP platform and an advanced scanner solution—to enhance warehouse digitisation and streamline our core processes.

• Lead the Team - Manage a team of 16 professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (incl. 30 minutes lunch break)
