If you open your fridge freezer, up to 20% of the products you'll see have passed through a Lineage facility. We support customers who keep our schools and restaurants stocked and supplied as well as working with many of the UK's leading retailers.
We are currently recruiting for an Inventory Control Clerk to join our customer support team at our fully automated facility located in Peterborough.
**Working hours:** Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6pm, working 37.5 hours per week with 1 hour for lunch.
**Salary:** £25,584 per annum, paid monthly.
**Job Description**
In this role you will:
+ Take an active role in investigating stock queries and discrepancies influenced by internal requests and customer queries.
+ Support in systemically ensuring the smooth flow of stock inbound and outbound to our Coldstore.
+ Action and monitor the site shared inbox, ensuring email queries are answered in an appropriate time frame.
+ Provide excellent Customer Service to our numerous customers through email and by phone.
+ Maintain commitment and positive relationship with customers.
+ Provide data to customers to improve performance and support in ensuring the site meet KPIs.
+ Manage the NCR process, ensuring customers are informed of any discrepancies.
+ Set pick up's/delivery appointments based on service and schedule requirements.
+ Interface with customer base to facilitate problem resolution and improvement opportunities.
+ Ensure carrier/customer accessorial costs are communicated timely.
