Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on Mercedes Benz and other prestige vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
- Complete service and repair documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workshop and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Educate customers on vehicle health and required maintenance.
Qualifications:
- NQF Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical understanding of automotive systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Willingness to undergo additional training for electric vehicle technologies.

The Role:

- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- A sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Confidence with diagnostics systems and computers.
