- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, ideally within D2C beauty or skincare.

- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS for site tweaks and content styling.

- Create, write, and schedule engaging, story-led content for digital and print channels (emails, blogs, leaflets).
- Support the day-to-day running and optimisation of the website (WordPress), ensuring content is SEO-optimised and user-friendly.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to engage donors, volunteers, and supporters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and support fundraising, events, and recruitment goals.
- Edit visuals (images/video) using Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media and website performance using analytics tools.
About You
- Experience: Ideally 2+ years in a similar marketing role, or relevant experience in comms, social, charity, creative, or digital sectors. Charity sector experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Skills: Confident with social media management, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Pardot), WordPress, basic design/video editing (Canva, Adobe), and SEO best practices.
- Attributes: Creative storyteller, organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. You're collaborative, resilient, and passionate about making a positive impact.
- Values: You share a commitment to integrity, excellence, and serving others.
