We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing Creative & Marketing team someone who’s passionate about design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow in a brand that’s moving fast and making noise.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design engaging graphics for our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok banners, stories, etc.)
- Create email marketing designs and push notification visuals aligned with trade and campaign messages
- Support with campaign toolkit creation — including lookbooks, typography, colour palettes, and brand elements
- Upload and maintain visuals across the website, including homepage banners and lookbook refreshes
- Work with marketing team members (influencer, campaigns, social) to align graphics with wider messaging
- Design affiliate and paid media banners that are both on-brand and high-performing
- Contribute to planning and moodboarding for photoshoots, providing input on layout, poses, and graphics
- Help implement design templates for social, email, and campaigns to ensure brand consistency
- Occasionally assist with simple video editing or animated assets (once upskilled)
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and colour and a love for fashion-forward aesthetics
- A genuine passion for youth culture, fashion, social trends, and fast-moving brand environments
- Basic understanding of eComm graphics, email design, and digital marketing
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to quick deadlines with good attention to detail
- A proactive, team-player mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or email platforms
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects) or willingness to learn

- Helping increase email performance and website engagement through great design
- Implementing and using social and email templates to streamline the design process
- Growing technical design skills (video, animation, layout) and platform knowledge

Reporting to the Head of Product (Creative), you’ll work alongside a Senior Graphic Designer and Product Designer to support both R&D and Marketing teams.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about design, with good practical and creativity skills. The candidate should be someone with enthusiasm, a good communicator and a can-do attitude who works well under pressure and time constraints.
It will be your role to create stand-out designs, for print and digital, that work commercially while supporting and driving forward key messages.
Key responsibilities:
- Keep up to date with current market trends
- Take and interpret design briefs.
- Create packaging and other product artwork from concept to print.
- Digital retouching and cutting out of imagery.
- Create digital content for social media, website and other online platforms including display banners, MPU and gifs.
- Support with graphic requirement for sales previews and presentations.
- Trade advertising and POS.
- Create content for trade shows including large format stand graphics.
- Construct dummy samples and mock-ups.
- Ensure image library is always up to date and current.
- Provide support for product and lifestyle photoshoots.
The Person:
- A design degree (or related discipline).
- Fun, enthusiastic and positive outlook.
- Excellent creative, written and communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of production methods for both print and online graphics.
- Self-motivated and highly organised.
