What you’ll do:

• Lead and grow a high-performing design team across product design, UX, and visual design

• Oversee and improve API documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency with Engineering
• Collaborate with Marketing on visually engaging assets for campaigns, launches, and events
• Embed design best practices and scalable processes, while introducing modern AI-powered tools
• Stay hands-on in design: sketching, prototyping, testing, iterating
• Champion a culture of feedback and collaboration across teams

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years’ experience in leadership role or IC role
• A strong portfolio demonstrating craft and strategic design thinking
• Experience spanning UI/UX, documentation, and graphic design
• Proven ability to build and lead teams while still diving into tools like Figma
• Strong communicator, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Adaptable, pragmatic, and commercially aware, with a good grasp of industry trends

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer who will play a key role in shaping how enterprises experience the Noxus platform. You will work across the full product lifecycle — from early concepts to production-ready features — helping translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, usable, and elegant interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to design workflows, UI systems, and interactions that keep users at the center of our technology.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design Leadership : Own the design of product features from discovery through delivery, defining workflows, interactions, and visual systems.
• Prototyping & Iteration : Use Figma to rapidly prototype, test, and refine concepts, incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Design Systems at Scale : Lead the evolution and governance of reusable UI components, ensuring consistency, scalability, and speed across the platform.
• User Research & Insights : Shape and participate in user research and usability testing, turning insights into actionable design improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams to translate design into seamless implementation.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering growth and raising the overall design bar.

Required Experience & Skills

• Portfolio demonstrating strong product design work, with at least one project showing end-to-end ownership of a complex software interface.
• 4+ years of product design experience, including at least 1–2 years in a startup or scaleup environment .
• Proficiency with Figma; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and align stakeholders.
• High empathy and user-centered mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a high-delivery, fast-changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Awareness of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Experience contributing to design systems or reusable UI components.
• Previous exposure to B2B, enterprise, or technical products.

You will join a successful international insurance company who specialise in commercial insurance and reinsurance products. Due to company growth, the team are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join their UX Domain team to be responsible for the planning, development, design and implementation strategies for the company’s specialty products.
