The Real Estate Solicitor's role

Advising on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
Drafting and negotiating leases, development agreements, and ancillary documents
Supporting corporate colleagues on real estate aspects of M&A deals
Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals to progress transactions efficiently
Providing strategic legal advice that aligns with clients' commercial objectives

The Real Estate Solicitor
The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified Solicitor with:
1-5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate
Strong technical knowledge across a range of property matters
Experience gained within a well-regarded law firm or real estate team
Excellent drafting, communication, and client management skills
A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Additional experience in development or real estate finance will be viewed favourably.
