We're seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist - System Administrator to join our AI Lab team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our cloud-based platform to support the development and hosting of AI services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Take initiative on process improvements and drive continuous improvement strategies across the department.
  • Represent the SMT department in internal reviews and external client meetings advising on technical requirements and solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and NPI teams on product introductions and design-for-manufacture.
  • Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 quality standards and support quality and inventory control efforts.
  • Promote and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Essential Skills & Experience for Production Engineer:

  • Strong background in SMT/PCBA production and engineering support.
  • Skilled in SMT setup, programming, AOI, and rework processes.
  • Proficient communicator, comfortable interacting with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Familiarity with IPC standards; certification preferred.
  • Proficient with ERP systems and able to interpret technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and technical leadership.

Desirable for Production Engineer:

  • Knowledge of 8D, PFMEA, lean manufacturing tools, and poka-yoke principles.
  • Experience with ATE, multimeters, and other electronic testing equipment.

Qualifications:

  • HNC/Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-10 years' experience in a production engineering role within electronics manufacturing, ideally with some leadership exposure.
