Description
You will be responsible for Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, and Business financial analysis within the Worldwide Public Sector Sales Operations organization. This is a pivotal role that enables you to have significant business impact through your direct involvement in customer financial modeling, reporting, forecasting, data quality and operations support.
You will assist in the formalization of the financial and business reporting for the Partners vertical within the Worldwide Public Sector. You will be establishing driving sales insights through operational metrics, and reports to support the rapid growth of the AWS public sector business.
You will work in collaboration and coordination with Business Operations Leaders, Sales Directors, account and service teams, corporate finance. You will work with legal and compliance teams to ensure full compliance of government and Amazon policies, as well as evaluation and recommendation of new ways of conducting business that can help accelerate growth.
You should have the ability to think strategically, act effectively, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. You should be able to build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead projects, programs and/or initiatives that improve sales productivity, increase operational efficiency, and/or establishes new processes needed by the partner business
- Lead the development and tracking of metrics for new strategic programs. Conduct analysis to identify trends and share finding with business leaders
- Manage all aspects of Worldwide Public Sector financial reporting and analysis for a Business vertical ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy of reporting
- Develop metrics and reports to manage sales pipeline, billed revenue and quota attainment
- Coordinate with corporate teams to influence roadmap for enhanced business intelligence and CRM tools to support the business
- Work with territory planning, segmentation & quota development
- Assist in the creation and management of sales compensation plans, headcount tracking, and management
- Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and
drive timely resolution

Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a **Senior Salesforce Administrator** to join our **Salesforce Delivery team** in London, focusing on clients in the **Public Sector Domain** .
The **Senior Salesforce Administrator** leads on configuration and implementation of the salesforce platform, including supporting related activities such as data loading. **What you'll be doing:**

+ Creating and amending Reports and Dashboards to meet business requirements
+ User management activities, implementation of defined security model.
+ Data Management activities, including and Data Migration activity including
+ Using Salesforce Data Loader, Dataloader.io and other tools to load data into test and production environments
+ Basic Data transformation activities in Excel: mapping fields, picklist values, and other simple transformations.
+ Mentors and assists in the development of Salesforce Administrators and more junior members of the practice.
+ Attending Sprint Demonstrations and where relevant presenting components of your work. Elicit feedback in a collaborative manner and ability to document requirement changes through standard processes (eg User Stories).
+ Assisting development teams migrate changes between environments, using point and click tools including change sets, And/or tools such as Gearset.
+ Definition of Salesforce custom objects / custom fields (inc. complex formula fields and managing lookup relationships, picklist management)
+ Supporting test and validation activities when needed, though this will not be your primary focus and responsibility.
+ Jira / Confluence or equivalent workflow / online documentation
Qualified with the following certifications:

**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Senior Front End Developer, you'll be at the forefront of our digital product development, driving innovation and excellence in front-end engineering. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality frontend solutions by setting the coding standard, shaping the architecture, guiding engineering practices, and lead the team through complex technical challenges in large scale digital transformation projects. As part of a project senior technical leadership team, you will also contribute to stakeholder management and strategic planning at account level.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the frontend development of complex web applications using modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue.js etc.).
* Define technical architecture, patterns, and practices for scalable, maintainable, and high-performing frontend solutions.
* Act as technical lead on projects - setting direction, ensuring code quality, and aligning delivery with client needs.
* Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, promoting a culture of learning, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, DevOps, QA, and other stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical design and requirement, and in turn into compelling user experiences.
* Define and lead implementation of development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and release processes.
* Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Deep practical experience with modern JavaScript and its libraries and frameworks like React, Next.js, Vue.js or similar.
* Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and working closely with UX/UI teams.
* Proven track record in technical leadership roles, leading delivery teams in complex, multi-environment projects.
* Strong understanding of frontend architecture, including performance, security and compliance, accessibility, and scalability considerations.
* Experience defining the implementation of robust testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) and managing quality in delivery pipelines.
* Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tooling relevant to frontend development.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to engage with clients, present solutions, and explain technical concepts clearly.
* Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams, with an understanding of effective delivery methodologies.
* Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

An overview of the role:

Your role will be to support our Government clients in their development of business cases for some of the largest digital and strategic transformation programmes in the Public Sector. To support our clients in delivering these programmes, you will quantify and describe benefits, provide financial analysis, develop options for delivery and design and write compelling cases for change using HM Treasury ‘5 case model’ approach.  You will advise clients on their existing business cases and support the generating of content to deliver compelling business cases and support delivery of their programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

The Service Designer will be part of a skilled multidisciplinary team leading on the strategic design, prototyping and build of excellent public services. You’ll collaboratively build cross-government services that are user-centred, equitable, sustainable and accessible, helping to identify and solve population scale problems, focussing on the design of services at scale.

As a service designer, you’ll be an expert in:  

  • Zooming out on the wider context, focus on policy outcomes and zoom in on what people need   
  • Designing in a user-centred way, understanding user needs and advocating for people in the design process 
  • Agile ways of working, working in multidisciplinary teams and being able to work to GDS standards are a hygiene factor  
  • Working towards justice, equity and inclusion in the teams you work with and the services you help deliver  
  • Working towards environmental sustainability of government and its services

  • Working with other specialists to design and create organisational, policy and financial structures that support service delivery of good services

  • Designing collaboratively and in the open, engaging stakeholders in the design process in a variety of ways, including workshops, design sprints and other co-design methods  
  • Visualising and mapping services, sketch and prototype ideas  
  • Guiding, supporting and mentoring other designers and colleagues  
  • Educating colleagues in user-centred design and service design when necessary  
  • Contributing to, and helping maintain and grow the design community, sharing patterns and approaches with others

What We Look For

  • Previous experience working with Public Sector and proven experience with GDS 
  • Comfort leading sessions with senior clients 
  • Comfort reflecting on your individual performance and behaviours and, together with feedback from others, you will actively seek to continuously improve 
  • Passion about helping to create an environment where people can do great work  
  • To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance  Security Check Clearance 
    To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements. Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility
