We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can take a strategic vision and turn it into seamless, inclusive, and high-performing recruitment operations. This is a newly-evolved role in a high-profile, fast-moving organisation where talent is truly seen as the key driver of success.
What is the role?
Working closely with the HR leadership team and along with the wider TA team, you’ll lead the operational delivery of the organisation’s TA strategy, ensuring every hire supports growth, capability, and culture. You’ll design and embed best-in-class attraction, selection, and assessment processes, putting candidate experience at the heart of every stage.
From refining processes and building hiring manager capability, to embedding robust compliance and data-led decision-making, you’ll lead on operational delivery for all talent acquisition activity. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop a talented TA delivery team, ensuring they have the tools, processes, and focus to deliver exceptional results.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment operations in a complex, fast-paced environment
- A track record of designing structured, inclusive selection processes (psychometrics and assessment tools included)
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing TA delivery teams and driving operational improvements
- Commercial acumen and the ability to use data and analytics to shape decisions
- Confident working with recruitment technology
- Sound understanding of employment law, compliance, and safer recruitment practices
