We are looking for an enthusiastic EMEA Supply Chain Services student to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning our SCS Plan to Build segment in Peterborough. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and **power your potential!**
This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence **Summer 2026.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
+ Development of Supply Chain Analytics, reporting capabilities, and tools to enhance operational performance and visibility
+ Lead and participate in process improvement projects across Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Plan to Build, and Quality Systems
+ Ensure data integrity and accuracy in analytics and reports
+ Support and involve in major cross-business unit projects
+ Analyze and interpret KPIs to identify improvement areas and develop action plans
+ Develop and implement value stream maps and reporting suites for continuous improvement and presentation across the EMEA region
**QUALIFICATIONS**
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
+ Working towards a degree in supply chain related area (planning, logistics, purchasing)
+ Excellent IT Skills, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
+ Ability to understand data, solve problems and think innovatively
+ Works well as part of a team and can manage workload effectively

Description
* Manage production schedules and stock levels with tolling partners.
* Coordinate volume requirements and raise purchase requisitions.
* Prepare and ship components to tollers and monitor order progress.
* Run regular calls with tollers and maintain MRP parameters (e.g., safety stock, lead times).
* Prioritise tolling activities based on customer needs and business strategy.
* Act as point of contact for goods-in queries and coordinate sample processes.
* Extract and analyse SAP performance data for KPIs.
* Investigate warehouse stock errors and attend operational meetings.
* Ensure compliance with SOX and ISO standards.
* Coordinate disposal and documentation archiving processes.
* Support administrative tasks such as process order printing.
Profile
We're looking for a collaborative and organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with data to drive improvements. You should have:
* Degree or equivalent knowledge in supply chain or related field.
* Experience with SAP/ERP systems and strong proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
* Background in procurement or stock control.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
* CIPS/APICS qualifications desirable.
* Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
