Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage global supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and transportation processes.
  • Manage and motivate a remote team of logistics professionals.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, P&Ls, and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all international trade and transportation regulations.
  • Implement and leverage advanced supply chain management technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in operations management, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Proven track record of managing global operations and remote teams.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain best practices and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, and other supply chain software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive cost reductions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
