Job role summary:
Coordination and scheduling of machine installations, collections and movements
Role Responsiblities:
- Coordinating with client and LSP to organize installation, collection and relocation of equipment
- Receive delivery and process machines returned from customers by 3rd party logistics companies
- Arrange for collected devices on RV leases to be returned to the appropriate Leasing company.
- Allocate daily tasks to Installation team
- Monitor the workflow process for machine installs
- Raise and allocate incidents on Smart for machine installs, relocations and collections
- Timely allocation of incidents to installers / 3rd party logistics companies
- Close down incidents issued to 3rd party Logistics companies remotely, following completion of tasks allocated to them
- Dispatch all new equipment from stores on Smart, following machine installations
- Ensure the timely planning of all movements to maximize revenue opportunity
- Report any issues timely to maximize chance of quick resolution and customer satisfaction
- Attend daily operations briefings
- Attend weekly workflow catch up meetings
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Previous experience is a similar role is desired but not essential

**Position overview:**
The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for supporting the main logistics activities for the UK. The role will be responsible for supporting supplier management, inventory management and quality compliance for our warehouse and logistics network.
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Own the capacity management of the UK warehouse network to ensure stability across the supply chain
+ Manage key supplier relationships and relevant internal stakeholders
+ Support key projects for logistics development (sustainability and logistics efficiency)
+ Responsibility for the complaint process and necessary engagement with customer fulfillment and quality teams
+ Review and report on slow and non-moving inventory
+ Support business reviews and regular cadence of supplier meetings
+ Organising and leading stock count twice a year (finished product) within independent auditor, 3PL, finance and/or relevant participants
+ Lead the UK warehouse audit schedule and liaise with relevant parties to ensure compliance
+ Handling and checking of logistics invoices unit price, defining PO numbers (if not, raising a PR) and informing relevant departments
+ Making freight tender and/or communicating with Global Buyers to define hauliers by considering urgency and incoterms; defining transport mode accordingly
+ Lead the management of UK logistics and warehousing 3PLs and own day to day logistics for this region.

- Demonstrated ability and experience in managing international purchasing and negotiate with global shipping providers
- Proficient with ERP systems (e.g.: NetSuite/SAP/MS Dynamics, MintSoft, Unleashed, Odoo, Cin7) and Excel-based or BI tool-based data analysis
- Highly organised, analytical, and proactive with strong commercial awareness
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Automotive or lubricants sector experience is a plus
