Job details
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday
Start time: 8:00 am
Shift length: 8 hours per day
Breaks: Two 30-minute unpaid breaks
Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temp-to-perm
Key responsibilities

Assembling, folding, and inserting mail items such as leaflets, letters, and cards into envelopes

Moving stock between different departments

Maintaining accuracy and consistency across all outgoing mail

Performing basic computer-based tasks for mail processing and documentation

Maintain high levels of availability to professionally handle inbound customer service requirements, cases and e-mails within published response times.
Follow agreed process for placing customer orders and provide accurate product availability by checking all available supply sources including the lead time database, feeder and with the supplier directly.
