About the Role
Time Recruitment are seeking a number of reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Handymen to join a busy team working on multiple projects. This is a hands-on role covering a range of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks across North Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Tiling : Wall and floor tiling in kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas
- Vinyl Flooring : Installation and repairs of vinyl flooring
- Painting & Decorating : Internal and external painting, surface preparation
- Plastering : Skimming, patch repairs, and full wall/ceiling plastering
- Skirting : Installation and repair of skirting boards and other basic joinery tasks
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
- Liaise with the Site Manager and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar multi-trade role
- Strong skills in tiling, flooring, painting, plastering, and basic joinery
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and time management skills
- Own Tools expected

- The delivery of a first class service and meeting the required profit margins upon the contracted and reactive works, from the customers. li>To ensure all works are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.
- Delegate work to shift and day engineering teams, in conjunction with the Service Desk Administration Team and Senior Managers.
- Training the shift teams as required including delivering Tool box talks and team briefs.

- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on engineering services as required li>Procure materials and equipment to carry out works li>Ensure worksheets are completed for works undertaken and obtain authorisation from the Clients representative li>Advise Client of minor additional works, compile estimates and submit through Service Desk/ Operations Manager li>Work with Planet FM system to run KPI reports and reschedule sub-contractors when needed. < i>To conduct reviews with staff members.

To be successful in the Facilites Maintenacne Supervisor role, you must have:
- BS7671 Electrical Regulations
- Ideally served a recognised electrical trade training scheme.
- Ability to undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required within the scope of the contract.
- IOSH Managing safely.
- Able to conduct surveys throughout client sites.
