We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to support two key client sites in Feltham and Horsham.
This role is varied and hands-on, combining planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive tasks, and general facilities support. You'll be the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment across both locations.

Key Responsibilities

Support mobile M&E and onsite teams with technical tasks and adjustments.
Conduct routine safety and compliance checks including:
Weekly fire alarm testing & fire door inspections
Tap flushing & temperature tests
First aid station & eyewash replenishment
Evaporator cleaning & descaling tasks
Perform general building and grounds maintenance such as lawn mowing, strimming, dusting at height, plumbing, electrical and waste management tasks.
Maintain accurate e-logbooks and records.
Ensure all Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements are met at all times.
About You
We're looking for a motivated, reliable individual who can work independently while delivering excellent customer service.
Essential:
IPAF & PASMA licence (working at height).
Full UK driving licence.
Experience in facilities/building maintenance (M&E knowledge in plumbing, heating, and electrics).
Comfortable with manual handling and physically fit.
Strong IT skills (MS Office, database/ticketing systems).
Excellent written and spoken English.
Flexible approach with willingness to work occasional overtime/out of hours.
Desirable:
Fire Warden trained.
Forklift licence.
BMS awareness.
